Register host

To register a host that has been created, using the Save Changes option:

1. Open the host details page
2. Click on Register
3. Pick a registration workflow inside the dialog:
   • SSH with Key (recommended): Enter a username to connect and an SSH key
   • SSH with Password: Enter a username and password to connect
4. Click on Register
